  • Bodily Injury Liability

    Bodily Injury Liability pays damages for people injured when you are responsible for an accident. It also covers your legal defense if you are sued because of an accident. Learn More

    Example

    You injure another driver in an accident and they have medical bills. This coverage will pay for the other driver’s medical bills up to the coverage limit that you select.

  • Property Damage Liablity

    Property Damage Liability pays for damage to other people’s property when you are responsible for an accident. It also covers your legal defense if you are sued because of an accident. The state minimum requirement is $10,000.

    Example:

    You hit another car. This coverage will pay to repair the other person’s car up to the coverage limit that you select.

  • Medical Payments

    Medical Payments coverage pays the reasonable and necessary medical, dental, hospital and funeral expenses for you, your family members, and passengers in your vehicle who are injured in an accident, regardless of who was at fault.

    Example:

    You’re injured in a car accident. This coverage will pay for your medical bills up to the limit that you select

  • Uninsured Motorist Coverage

    Uninsured Motorist Coverage

    Uninsured Motorist coverage protects you, your family members, and passengers in your vehicle who are injured in an accident against bodily injury damages caused by an uninsured or underinsured motorist. This coverage would also cover you in the case of a hit and run.

    Example:

    Another car hits you from behind and you’re injured. The driver that caused the accident does not have insurance. This coverage will pay for your medical bills up to the limit that you select.

  • Personal Injury Protection

    Personal Injury Protection

    Basic Personal Injury Protection coverage includes protection for medical benefits, disability benefits, and & death benefits. The state minimum requirement is $10,000.

    Example:

    You’re injured in a car accident. This coverage will pay up to 80% of your medical bills.

  • Additional PIP Coverage

    Additional PIP Coverage

    Additional Personal Injury Protection provides an additional 20% for payment of approved medical benefits, pursuant to the Fee Schedule of maximum charges contained in the Florida Motor Vehicle No Fault laws, and an additional 25% for loss of earnings.

    It does not increase the maximum coverage limit of $10,000 per person provided by Basic Personal Injury Protection.

    Example:

    You’re hurt in a car accident. This coverage will pay up to 20% of your medical bills, over your existing Basic Personal Injury Protection.

  • Comprehensive

    Comprehensive

    Comprehensive coverage pays for damage to your car not caused by collision with another object. Some types of losses that are covered include theft, vandalism, animal damage, and hail damage.

    Example:

    Your car is stolen. This coverage will pay up to the value of your car, minus the deductible that you select.

  • Collision

    Collision

    Collision Coverage pays for damage to your auto caused by collision with another object.

    Example:

    You back into a light pole and need a new bumper. This coverage will pay to repair the damage to your vehicle, minus the deductible that you select.

  • Roadside Assistance

    Roadside Assistance

    • Labor to change a flat tire
    • Towing (not related to an accident)
    • Jump Starts
    • Lockout services (up to $100)

  • Rental Car Coverage

    Rental Car Coverage

    Rental Car Coverage pays up to a preset amount for a rental vehicle if your car isn’t drivable for more than 24 hours because of a covered accident.

    Example:

    Your car is in the shop for 7 days due to an accident. This coverage will pay for the cost of a rental car when your car is disabled in an accident, up to the limit that you select.
