Keith Seibert
FOUNDER
Keith Seibert graduated Youngstown State University and started his insurance career at Nationwide Insurance as a personal insurance agent. He went on to be recruited by Nationwide’s business insurance program. In 1981, Keith became Nationwide’s Business Agent of the Year and from 1988-1993, he was a top 10 commercial agent for Nationwide. At the end of 2012, Keith retired after a successful 40-year insurance career and his daughter, Karyn Roeling, was named President of Seibert Insurance Agency.

Karyn attended Florida State University and graduated in 2002 with a degree in Risk Management and Insurance. She started her insurance career at USAA as a Property and Casualty Underwriter and advanced into a Lead Underwriter position. In 2005, Karyn joined the family business. She learned the business by spending time in the different roles within the agency. In 2007, she earned the Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) designation. In 2008, she was named Vice President of Seibert Insurance Agency and in 2012 became the President of the agency.
Karyn continues to build on her father’s legacy by being an active member of the Florida insurance community. She has held various leadership roles at the insurance state association, Florida Association of Insurance Agents (FAIA) including Young Agent Chair, Board Member, Finance Committee member and currently is Chair Elect for the association. She also has been on the advisory council for several insurance companies, so she stays in the know about insurance issues!
